*This class is VB METHOD's version of traditional strength with weights. Inspired by my Saturday workout and shared after your many requests. It will be quite different from our usual flows but an incredible workout for anyone looking to add heavier strength training to their routine. This is by no means a substitution of our usual flows but an add on for those who have requested workouts using heavier weights.
