VB METHOD is a core focused practice that combines pilates with traditional strength techniques.
Cardio Barre + Pilates Core
CARDIO BARRE + PILATES CORE (control,balance,speed)
This class will include 10 minutes of pilates core work & 30 mins of pure barre lower body burn & cardio. We will conclude with a 5 minute stretch and mobility session so you can leave feeling open and balanced.
