Hello everyone. I am new here. I am a 47 year old woman looking to create long lean lines through my legs. As long as my 5'4 body type will allow. . . if that makes sense. I am not as interested in weight loss as recomping what is there. My main goal is to lift my booty back up and get rid of my my COVID banana lines under my glutes. It would be lovely if I worked hard enough to have ABS like V too! Thank you for your support in this journey.
