Hi— I am new and overwhelmed by all the content!
I am interested in shoulder, arm, and rib placement due to hunching over a table with arms extended for my work. I want to develop a strong, stable legs and pelvis, too.
I do pilates and also hypopressives for recovery from deep abdominal surgery and prolapse from childbirth, so I’m not a newbie, but nowhere near advanced.
Can I start with any video? Should I start with a program? Thank you!!!
Hi Jenny. Welcome! Thank you for sharing. Did you see the core foundation videos? It’s 3 videos that I typically recommend you start with. Even if you’re not a beginner they’ll come in really handy for everything you do whether it’s my workouts or other practices. Those will be under “start here”. After that you have the option of freely choosing videos from the library, choosing a program, or following the weekly schedules which change every week. Coincidently I will be launching a 14 day arms and abs program in the next couple of weeks so this may be a great option for you. Feel free to message me anytime if you have any questions or request.
