Got it! My program will definitely tone you if you remain consistent and have a good diet but it doesn’t increase volume. So depending on what you mean by “lift your glutes”, you may want to add additional weights to your glute work you do here. The reason is is because we cannot defeat gravity. For our glutes to “appear” lifted, we have to increase muscle mass and sculpt each muscle(which you will definitely do with my workouts). if that’s your goal is to have a lifted glute appearance, start with my legs and abs program and add heavier weights to moves where you’re able to such as bridges. Keep in mind that the program is 3 weeks which isn’t enough time to see drastic results. I suggest doing it 6 weeks so repeat it again once you finish the first round then remain consistent with the workouts.
