Hello I just started today! Did the first beginner workout on the 6 week workout. I thought I also saw recipes for a meal plan of sorts but can't seem to find it again. Anyone know how to guide me to it or elsewhere for meal plans? I'm looking to lose weight while doing this program. Thank you!
Hello Jodi. Welcome. How did the first workout feel? As for meal plans, we only have a 7 day reset then recipes that you can try but not plan per day. Given that I am not a nutritionist or registered dietitian, I can’t have set meal plans on the platform but I am here to help with all your fitness related questions.
