Currently there are no hybrid calendars but depending on your goals and time available, you can mix and match weekly schedule with challenges if you'd like. Some members like doing this. For instance, arms and abs program + booty and abs or weekly schedule + core challenge. Actual programs are complete as they are and I wouldn't stack more on top of those other than a little cardio as this would cause you to overtrain. An example of a complete program is the interactive program or 8 week strength and definition program. I hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions.
