I was wondering which version of the ankle weight you suggested. Then one that is 1-3.5 lbs or the version that is 1-1.65 lbs? Thanks!
I own the one that’s 1-6.5lbs but either one works. It just depends on whether or not you want to have a heavier option for donkey kicks etc

I had a question regarding warm up. As I'm new to exercise, my body hurts a lot if I don't warm up and go straight into the workout of the day.
Is there a full body or target area warm up videos we can do before starting?
