Hi! I completely understand. Depending on the workout, you may not need a warm up since Pilates is gentle enough and we ease our way into it. You'll notice for some workouts we do a little stretching before and for others we begin with ab scoops or roll downs where it seems like we just went into it but again, these are gentle controlled moves and we do not need to do any stretches before these as we would for traditional strength training. For more advanced routines we we may start right away, you can do any of the stretch sessions towards the bottom of the workouts page. You will see this category as "stretch routines".
