I have been working out consistently for ~3 years- I run, work out 3-4x a week and try to do varied workouts that target my upper body, full body, abdominal, and back. Right now, my back is my trouble area, I have tried everything. How can I start to train this area and activate the back muscles? Which classes on your platform do you recommend and how often should I work my back out?
