Hi! I just joined the community and I have a few questions :) my main goal is loosing weight, but also make my body stronger. I’m practising aerial yoga once a week and make a trx workout + 30 minutes of fast walk 2-3 times a week. I’ve started with the beginner program, just made the first training yesterday and I loved it :) it was strong but not too hard for the first time. I’m wondering - how can I combine it with aerial and trx? Can I use the beginner program training as a warmup before? What would you reccomend to have the results fast but safe? :)
Hi Iga. Welcome and thank you for sharing. I’m happy to help. I think that starting with the beginning program is great since this will prepare your muscles and joints for all the flexibility involved work you do in aerial yoga. I’m not certain of the level of difficulty for your metabolism with that yoga practice but the TRX and walks are great for building strength and assist with weight loss. I recommend walk each day no matter what. It doesn’t have to be fast walk but you do want to move walking is great for your health in general. I want to be honest with you, sustainable results don’t come fast. You will first have to build a strong foundation so you can prepare your body for more challenging routines that will assist your weight loss journey. In fact, strength will come before weight loss allowing you to measure your progress and motivate you to move on to harder programs later on. Our beginning program is a preparation of that. Of course, combined with the right diet this will help you be more successful with your goals. I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any further questions.
Thanks V! I’m aware it’ll take time, but I’m 100% commited ❤️ shall I practice on TRX/aerial before or after the beginner workout?
Hi Iga. That’s completely up to you. There’s no right or wrong. It just depends in what works best for your schedule
