Hi, I'm not sure to be in the correct space but today i was able to do a full plank for 45 seconds. It's not much at all but to my standards (I always had a weak core and pregnancy didn't help) it was a pretty big achievement after following 3 to 4 times a week your workouts. My new goal is now 1 min and I am confident that soon I should be able to make it.
So thank you for giving us a great program to follow at the convenience of our homes.
