Hello! I have been doing the weekly schedule consistently for the past 7 months and feel a lot stronger. When do you recommend folks move up to the advanced schedule? Should I do a combo of weekly + advanced or move straight into the advanced videos?
Hi Beth. Great question. I say you give the advanced schedule a try and see how that goes. If it’s too hard, you can regress back by doing only 3 of the workouts instead of 5 and swapping the other 2. Let me know how it goes!
