POWER LEGS & ABS (stability, power, speed)
This high intensity mat workout combines contemporary pilates with traditional strength techniques to help you connect to your lower body and abs. In this workout we will focus on stability, power, and speed to help activate slow and fast twitch muscles fibers improving endurance, agility, and muscle tone. This is a medium impact class with the option to advance through faster explosive movements if you’re looking for a more challenging workout.
