5-Day Gentle Flow Series
Level: All Levels
Time: 20-27 Minutes
This series will help improve overall mobility and flexibility while continuing to reinforce core strength and stability. The routines are meant to be easy and created for practitioners of any level. Each flow will consist of basic dynamic movements without over exhausting any muscle or muscle groups.
The series or individual flows are ideal to do during or when:
•NEED ACTIVE RECOVERY
•NEED A RESET (after vacation, being sick, didn’t sleep well, after a hard workout program)
•GETTING BACK TO FITNESS AFTER TAKING TIME OFF
•NEW TO EXERCISE
You're more than welcome to start any time that works best for you. You can do the series as suggested on the calendar or pick and choose whichever flow you'd like.
CALENDAR: You will find your 5 day suggested calendar under extras. You can download and print your calendar so you can have it handy whenever you need it.
EQUIPMENT: You will not need equipment for this series.
