SCULPTING MAT FLOW (control, stability, precision)
This high intensity-low impact mat flow combines classical and contemporary pilates with traditional strength movements. This is a full body workout with an emphasis on upper body. We will focus on flow through fluid transitions while mastering precision, control, and stability. This class will include the use of various props or option to work with just your own body weight to help you strengthen and sculpt while leaving you feeling energized and balanced.
