Standing Leg Flow
STANDING LEG FLOW (control, stability, precision)
This lower body class mimics classical pilates reformer and wunda chair moves and combines these with traditional strength exercises. This combination will help improve lower body and core strength, balance, and muscle tone. In this workout, we will focus on continuous flow through fluid transitions in order to keep the heart rate up and muscles working at their maximum capacity. Precision, control, and stability will be imperative in order to get the best out of every move.
