UPPER BODY STRENGTH & POSTURE (control, precision, speed)
This upper body routine uses weights and a band in order to improve upper body strength and posture. We will emphasize shoulder and scapular stability as well as thoracic spine(upper back) mobility through purposeful sequences. After this class you will feel taller, open, and more in tune with your core for postural support.
